1. Water

Keeping your skin hydrated is extremely important and sometimes it is easy to forget that hydrating your skin starts from the inside! You should aim to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day.

2. Sleep

This one is obvious, the key to not looking tired, is to NOT BE TIRED, so you need to get your sleep in! 7-8 hrs of sleep each night is a good benchmark.

3. Eye Masks

4. Use SPF

Other than age, the sun is the biggest offender when it comes to wrinkles, so make sure that you add SPF into your daily routine. I generally look for a moisturizer and foundation that has SPF in it.

5. Taking It Off

One of the worst things you can do to your skin is forgetting to take your makeup off at the end of the day. It’s so important to cleanse your skin every night so your pores don’t get clogged. Plus no one wants panda eyes in the morning.

6. Know your Skin

My final tip is to know the skin you’re in, quite literally! Often I see girls using moisturizer for dry skin when they clearly have oily skin and that that can worse than no moisturizers at all. Find out if you have oily, dry, normal or combination skin and then buy the products to suit that.
